The location was excellent and the hotel itself was very nice. It would be nice to have some more amenities such as a small store for snacks and drinks available for guest purchase.
Best location. Historic beautiful building. Observation deck.
Great position, big and cozy room. Highly recommended if traveling with kids.
We loved this hotel! The staff were outstanding, so friendly, helpful, always smiling. Our suite was excellent, kitchen area, view and beds. Facilities were excellent, loved the viewing area on 26th floor. My children loved the games room. Will def be back. Great location.
As always a classy comfort.. a central favorite place to stay in Boston .
