The bonus lanai on the side was excellent for stargazing!
Excellent location, close to all conveniences
Right on the water with beach very easily accessible
Condo very well equipped with everything one could need including beach towels, and chairs

The location itself doesn't have breakfast but the hotel next door did and it was very god. Also, there is at least one restaurant within easy walking distance. The location right on the water, overlooking the channel is why we try to choose Maui Kai. We saw many whales.
The view from the balcony was amazing. Property is directly on the shoreline. Lots of sea turtles and whales wherever you looked. The studio room was very roomy and comfortable.
