Location was great. No breakfast was provided and not expected.
I love how Homey it felt. Our kids felt comfortable and we felt comfortable.
Great king-size bed, wonderful shower (removable shower head!) with great water pressure, condo has everything you would need for a beach vacation (including sand toys, pool noodles, cooler, etc.)
There is both a Keurig (bring pods, there is no coffee to get you started) and a regular filter coffee (filters were provided)
Well maintained , close to beach, there were beach supplies in room
Check in process was simple. The property manager was available the day of with short notice to help resolve check in questions. The complex is clean and centrally located in Kihei with walkable beaches and restaurants. The room was larger than expected and the unit would be very comfortable for an extended stay with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
