Location, price, my host was awesome. They provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. There was never any problems getting a lounger. At the pool it was amazing.
The workers where very pleasant
Everyone was very attentive
The hotel/condo is in a great centralized location, is a beachfront, the pool was great and clean. You are in the middle of South Beach and North Beach. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious as well as the food from the pool area.
Great location right on the beach. We got a "city" room, but still overlooked the bay, we had a beautiful view. There is no room service or cleaning of any sort, not even trash pickup. But the location makes up for it. The check in is horrible though, it's made by overworked security guards and it feels like you're visiting someone in prison. Decent pool, but great beach. Parking is included in the price and there are two convince stores on location.
