The staff was very helpful. Stefano the daytime person in the office. He was excellent. He helped me with everything, explained it and was patient. I always choose to stay here when I'm on leave as a traveling nurse because it's a safe spot and you have everything you need
The location was great and the room was so clean. A little hard to find the room because it was right next to the ice cream shop, I thought it was like a storage door.
It was nice having a private room to myself! There was no hassle checking in or out, and the staff was very helpful!
King room was GREAT. Really big and nice, had good bed and mini fridge
Superb location in the heart of Thayer Street. Excellent communication and follow-up from Mirella. Had zero problem checking into the property via the codes. My room very clean and the bed was comfortable. TV worked well, too.
