Great breakfast and very nice staff! Also, has a huge grocery store across the street, so very convenient. Though not within walking distance to Annapolis (for us), we would be happy to stay here again when back in town.
Room was good, the bed was comfortable. the free Wifi was good. I did not have any problems with the Breakfast, had good options and surprisingly tasted good. My only complaint is the cleanliness, room was cleaned only on the places we could see. there was a lot of filth under the bed and the Sofa, rest of the room was clean.

Friendly, super comfortable and affordable. Close to many places to grab a quick bite. We stayed for some 4-H events. Next time we return to the area, we will be staying here.
