The first night there it was horrible I called up the man that worked at night he was very very disrespectful I called up in the morning and a young woman answered the phone and she apologized and she fixed everything and made my stay much more better I like the breakfast that was in the morning that you were able to fix it also I like the Russian dad to change my room because the bed I was sleeping on apparently somebody must have flipped and put the box spring on top of the mattress it felt like I was laying on spokes but what I like was that the woman she handle everything .
Room was very quiet. Everything was extremely clean and felt welcoming! Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Everything was decent and clean.
Breakfast was limited variety...needs hot items like eggs,sausage or bacon and bagles.

OMG! Their bed and pillows were the best. It was very comfortable sleeping on it. Room was clean, stuff was very kind.
