It was a good location for our trip. We appreciated being able to park very close to our room. Having a balcony view on the second floor of the river was a plus. We had everything we needed in the room.

Jane is an amazing host. The rooms are exceptional! It's like having a mini apartment away from home.
It’s a very cute, old fashioned but well maintained and very comfortable motel. My husband and I have each stayed there twice now while loading or unloading our son from UMaine and enjoyed our stays. The couple that runs the motel is very friendly, caring and helpful. The bedding is good quality. Small touches like a couple bottles of water, kitchenettes and coffee makers are helpful and appreciated.
My family and I have been staying here since August of 2024, it’s awesome both the suite and the regular room!
