The staff is caring and very empathetic. Toni is knowledgeable and great at her job. She not only is an outstanding employee but an amazing person. I was sceptable at first, after reading the reviews. If I had let the reviews sway my decision, I would of missed out on the wonderful staff. My room did not have roaches. It had a nice microwave, a mini fridge and a television. No one bothered me or harassed me in any kind of way. I was very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Tiffany was very helpful and understanding, the cleaning staff, Anna and Nicole,
Andy in maintenance, were helpful, friendly people.
Brandy was a lot of help she answered all our questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone when I return to Tucson I’ll come here again.
