Spacious, clean and up to date. Kitchen is massive, and all of the rooms are a good size. It was also nice to see a good variety of beach toys, boogie boards, extra chairs etc in the outside closet if needed.
It worked very well for us. The three king beds, and the room with the bunks for the kids were perfect! It was just across the street from the ocean access!
