I was in town for a conference and I found this location. I am familiar with Quincy, so when I saw this property on booking I was like definitely staying there.
As for the accommodations, this is a newer property, so the decor made sense and I'm certain as time goes on more and more will be added. There were a couple of very minor issues, however, I just texted the owner and they responded quickly and resolved my concerns.
For the location, a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a quiet balcony, quick access to the beach or Boston, walkable to the downtown area of Quincy with all the restaurants, cleanliness and safety, you can't really beat.
Next time I'm in town I look forward to booking here again. Overall a wonderful experience.
