Central location to sights and restaurants in Knoxville. Comfortable and spacious accomodations for family of six. Clean and modern apartment in a unique space. Kitchen well organized and stocked.

Excellent apartment, owner is very attentive and responsive. Particularly liked the furniture, very comfortable and sturdy.

The location of this wonderful family rental was only a few blocks, totally walkable, to multiple fine restaurants and shopping. The Fully equipped apartment was very roomy, with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and linens. My two adult sons and their families joined us there for a long weekend of celebrations. All of us had our own very spacious bedroom and baths. We were also introduced to the owner, who addressed our questions and ensured we were all comfortable. Our only issue was with parking, with only one assigned parking space. Therefore, finding an unmetered space was very difficult with 3 vehicles between us.
