Great owner, friendly and made it an easy late check in and introduction to house. Room was spotless and bed comfortable with a nice coffee maker and fridge, thoughtful to have filtered water out
The location was chill and the parking was adequate (on the side street). We were surprised that the lady hostess was there to greet us and get us settled into our room. There was a shared bathroom that was mostly available the whole time there. They had a little disabled dog there who was very sweet and tried to follow us around. Everything was clean and nice - a bedroom in a very nice home. We were surprised how nice it was for the price. Will use it again when we need to.
Room is very clean, comfortable and easy to check in
The location to UCF is perfect. It's private, secure and great for parents picking up their kids at the end of the school year. I highly recommend!
My stay was great in every way. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the directions for self check-in were easy to follow, and Cyntia checked in to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.
