ROOM: The room is very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect during my stay. I was at room 311, so the air conditioning was quite old, that big box that goes in the wall. Other rooms have that new one, split hanged over the ceiling, but not my room. BREAKFAST: There ir no breakfast at this hotel. But doesn't matter, the price for the stay ir good and there's a lot os options near by. CLEAN: Nothing to complain about.

How clean everything is and how nice and attentive the staff is I stayed for a week and will recommend it to anyone

Room was recently remodeled. clean, great view, high ceilings on the first floor, makes the room feel twice the size. Pool is clean with cabanas outside that you don' t have to pay extra to use.

The pricing. Peace of the property, cleanliness was good.

I like it that Monumental Hotel has a historic feel to it, given the use of traditional furniture. I did stop there enroute to traveling out of Orlando and the price is good. Regarding the question on romance... I think the building is a nice facility; it looks almost like a castle and could be updated some to give that romantic ambiance. Monumental Hotel is a diamond in the rough. It just needs some polishing and updated traditional furniture to give that romantic feel, if that’s what you hope to sell. I like the building and the location, and the staff was friendly.
