Я забронировала этот отель из-за вокзала Термини. 3 минуты и вы на месте.
Номер назывался Delux 101. Окна выходили в двор колодец и кто-то постоянно кричал всю ночь, в 6 утра начали готовить зал для завтрака, в номере все было слышно. Очень грязно: от уборной до прикроватных тумбочек.
Ситуация с телевизором. Мы решили посмотреть тв, но экран оказался разбит вдребезги. Я спустилась вниз показать фото, и спросила «а нормально» на что девушка на ресепшене спросила: «это вы сделали?». В 9:50 пришёл итальянец, сам открыл номер своим ключом, от чего я тоже удивилась. Он не говорил на английском и сообщил, что очень хочет забрать телевизор, настаивал что заберёт очень быстро и уйдёт, я сказала приходить после чек аута.
Транспортная доступность, хорошие завтраки, цена.
Большое количество пакистанце рядом с отелем, которые просто обязаны вам, что-то продать.
Отличный отель!!! Номера хоть и маленькие, но очень уютные! Сервис отличный!!! Отличные завтраки!!! Персонал очень добро желательный! Всем рекомендую этот отель!
