Staff was exceptional. Tyrell and Kita Night Audit clerks were excellent and the Front Office Manager and General Manager were very accommodating also. Thanks for a great stay!
Check in took 30 -45 minutes the young man that attempting to check me in was very rude and disrespectful at one point he said he was talking to his coworker and I've been running my mouth he showed no kind of professionalism and didn't seem to know what he was doing but his coworker the young lady straightened out his mess and I was finally able to go to my room only to be disappointed again room didn't have refrigerator or microwave.

The stay exceeded all previous reviews there was no bug or anything dirty in my room I even checked the mattresses as I do every stay, quiet, no unpleasant smells or noise, rooms look just like photos
