Manager Lena and front desk Ms B went way above what should be expected of them. By far the best service I have received t a hotel. They saved my trip. Thank you.

The room was clean, and there was a kitchenette to store/prepare food and drinks. The hotel has a parking garage, so our vehicles were protected from potential storm damage. They also allow up to two pets with an additional deposit. We rented the room due to the weather forecast predicting tornados, damaging winds, and hail in the area.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The flat-top cooker was a surprise. The lobby and elevators were clean. The entry was a private entrance. There were snack and drink machines available onsite. The location was great because it's conveniently located near several businesses as well as places to eat. It is located a few miles from downtown. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in and during checkout.
