third time staying, friendly staff and always very clean. As a solo female its a comfortable place to stop
The accessible shower with the fold down seat was a major bonus for the person with physical disabilities in our room.
Once we were upstairs, things were fairly quiet. The room was clean. Staff was helpful when the original room was an issue due to allergies and noise.
No breakfast, but there was plenty of fresh coffee available at 6:00am. Also, I had some great conversations with Ethan, the young man at the desk.
Our conversations made up for the poor wi-fi.
The check in process was simple and staff was friendly. The water pressure was amazing.
We had to ask for more towels (only 2 provided in room). The bed and pillows had seen better days.
