When you are extended the maids I was told would clean the room at least once a week. This wasn't done. Dogs are allowed, no barking was heard, but, the pet poop wasn't picked up. So nasty! I am an animal lover, but, protocols are required of the dog. Team members especially the maintenance man is exceptional.
Great access to the places downtown that we wanted to visit!

Was upgraded to a better room. Staff very polite, friendly. Good location. Stayed there only to sleep.
