Great heating / cooling, great location and super comfortable sleep. Definitely a good bang for your buck stay!
Quiet location with plenty of parking; area for pets; plenty of towels and hot water; plenty of blankets and pillows; cold a/c.

The location was excellent but what really made the difference with our stay was how quickly and and graciously the owner responded to any request. He was generous with his time and knowledge.
Check in is simple and rooms were clean. Owner is on the desk and super friendly. We stay here always when going to Bills games
