How friendly the front desk agent was and how they put us by the elevator because I'm in a boot
Helen is a sweet heart helped up housekeeping was really nice gave me extra towels and anything we needed. They don't have air in any of their rooms but gave us a big fan to put in our window helped a ton
The staff was amazing and the 3rd floor view was better.
