It was a very convenient stay. The staff I encountered were very generous and kind.

All the ladies at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful never been so nice and all at amy other hotel equipment 4ff

Did not attend breakfast. Was conveniant location.

The first room they gave me did not have a security latch on the door in room # 121, nor a fridge, or a microwave, and the room smelled stale. I went back to the front desk to complain about it and that I was worried for my safety. The Desk clerk exchanged my room for me and gave me a suite instead with a private living room, kitchenette, a whirlpool tub, and the two queen-sized beds that I had originally needed, all on the main floor with front access to the pool area and the lobby. I greatly appreciate this gesture very much, for every time I come to Savannah for any occasion where I have to stay overnight I always stay at this motel. I have been coming to this motel for about 15 years for my birthday and other reasons and I have only had to specific times that I have not had good service, but both times were corrected immediately !

Friendly staff clean room and heater works. Very affordable price for your budget
