Quick check in. Rooms were clean , beds were very comfortable

I didnt like the location of my room. The receptionist changed the location with no problem.

Rosa and the other front desk ladies were exceptional. So kind, helpful, respectful and attentive. I wish I would’ve gotten all of their names but the staff was amazing and helpful when I needed extra items or had any questions.

the view, the easy access via freeway, the adjacent facilities (a few with extended hrs), the complimemtary coffee in the office / front desk, the price, the staff, the retro modern basic comfortable room.

the view from just outside our ground level corner room was so pretty and serene! the woman at the front desk was nice and informative. the room was basic, but clean and comfortable. the decor was a bit retro and cool and still quite modern. they have a laundry room with two each coin-operated machines to wash and dry, as well as two ice machines (both were out of order during our stay) and two vending machines of drinks and snacks that use an app to make purchases. this laundry room, as well as the front desk, is accessible 24hrs. i had a bath during our stay, which was quite pleasant for an unfamiliar tub. also, my 'what i didn't like' comment has a few minor mentions that i turn around. there is an enclosed pool and outside lounge area, but we did not use this part of the facility.
