We stayed for 2 nights this summer. The location was gorgeous, sitting on a sweeping lawn down to Kent pond. There are lawn chairs, kayak as, firepits and stores. Everyone who works here cares for it like the owners.
My room was very modern and comfortable. I enjoyed a private balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and Kent’s Pond. The dock on the pond is a perfect place to relax, visit, and/or watch the sunset. The lodge provides kayaks etc to explore the pond, a nightly fire pit, sauna, hot tub and game room. The Appalachian Trail actually crosses the property, giving me easy access to a beautiful hike to Thundering Falls.
This property is very cool, it has a total European Hut feel.
Great location right on the Appalachian Trail.
The location is beautiful, walking trails, big lake (Kent Pond), large grassy property for the pups and close to restaurants and Killington. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire in the evening outside enjoying the sunset.
The staff is top shelf, very professional, friendly and proactive.

Great staff who were extremely attentive! Loved the vibe of having communal space to hang out and chat with other guests. The hot tub and sauna were lovely!
We booked this about 40 minutes before arriving, after our plans changed and we needed a room. What a happy accident! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate guests. The property is beautiful. Great value, excellent (included) breakfast and awesome amenities (boating on the pond, firepit, sauna). Only disappointment was they no longer offer dinner; based on the apps, cocktails and previous reviews, sounds like that would have been the cherry on top of a wonderful stay!
