Located in Morrisville, within 21 miles of Mount Mansfield and 12 miles of Stowe Village Historic District, Muddy Moose provides accommodations with barbecue facilities and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Location and the property itself. Very cozy, comfortable, charming place, loved it.
We stayed in Cabin 4 which was gorgeous and sparkling clean inside and out. It has a fabulous porch with 4 rocking chairs that face the woods. The furniture is all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen appliances and accessories. The location is quiet and peaceful with its own trails for hiking, 1 even has a waterfall! We loved that it’s pet friendly and we’re able to bring our pup with us on vacation! A binder is provided in each cabin listing names and locations of local grocery stores and restaurant suggestions which was super helpful. Each cabin has a coded key pad lock which eliminates having to keep track of any house keys or cards. We had no issues with the free WiFi and the Direct TV service offered several channels. Having our own washer and dryer was a huge bonus and laundry soap was provided. It was great to go home with very few dirty clothes!
