La famille a beaucoup apprécié les équipements mis à disposition : piscines intérieures et extérieures, plusieurs jacuzzis, 3 saunas, salles de sport très bien équipées, salle de jeux (billard, arcades...). Et tout cela avec un niveau de propreté au-dessus de nos attentes.
First, I recommend this place and we enjoyed staying there, BUT we didn't know that there is no human personal to help us.
We got to the hotel to get info and a nice lady helped us but she said that we ordered via Booking and so we need to contact our representative (which is only via mail/SMS). This was very wired cause they had a lobby and office but it was not for us... so we got to the room at the end (after the nice lady helped us voluntarily). When we needed more towels for example, we had to wait for the respond via SMS and after a while was directed to get some towels from the office.
The room was very comfort for 2 adults and 3 kids. With kitchen and all parts needed. The play room and pool was great for the kids.
Overall had a great time.
