Shon went above and beyond to help us with access instructions sent early and advise regarding transport. Further out of town than expected.but bus system in Fairbanks is superb.

First impressions.. Thoroughly impressed! The apartment was so clean. The bed was so neatly made. The bathroom has ample supplies and the kitchen too had basic supplies and we were able to purchase the rest of what we need at Fred Meyer’s which is easily accessible. Thank you for leaving water in the fridge. We were glad we didn’t have to make a night trip to the grocery store upon our arrival to get hand wash or body wash. The heat was already set and the home was warm and ready for us upon arrival. And we had no trouble with hot water as well. This is great value for the money! Shon, the host checked up on us everyday asking if we needed anything and was really nice! Will definitely recommend to folks looking to share a single bed single bath apartment. Thank you!

Very nice service. You can cook and do whatever you like.

The location was central, not far from downtown Fairbanks. Easy to get into the apt. with a code and the Wi-Fi password was provided up front by the host. The host texted me on the day after check in to ask if there was anything he could do for me.

Friendly and obliging manager. Clean and well maintained property. All the facilities for your own cooking.
