Just off the shores of Lake Wawasee on 27 acres of forested land, this Syracuse resort provides free Wi-Fi in every guest room. A variety of outdoor activities are available on site. We liked the area the hotel is in. Everything was very clean and well kept. It was very quiet and relaxing.
Gorgeous setting, beautiful flowers, delicious breakfasts, organized delivery of food.
Friendly helpful staff, high quality service overall
Very quiet getaway with my wife and thankful for excellent staff that took care of us as we were celebrating us getting me through cancer the next part of my cancer treatment. Also thankful for Paula and Taylor for making this a special stay
The staff was excellent, they were all extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed at, even the bathrooms. Brew City Coffee in the lobby was delicious and the girl working was extremely kind. And then you have the location.... absolutely amazing! Lake Wawasee is absolutely gorgeous, I would encourage anyone to wake up early just to watch the sunrise above the lake, it was gorgeous! The people who lived around the hotel were always walking or riding bikes and also seemed kind. I had an event at the Event Center and was able to walk from the hotel there, the event center was also amazing, and the staff were fantastic.
Restaurant closed for renovation. Continental breakfast was light...we recommend bagels or breakfast sandwiches.
