The property is small- quaint in a way. Not to big. Had a small grass area that was covered with a few tables and chairs. A small pool that was well taken care of.
The place is really nice. A bit too pricey though.
Close by good restaurants. You can walk to good food.
Convenient location in downtown Santa Barbara. The room was clean and there is a good restaurant for breakfast nearby. Parking was available near our room. It is a cheaper option given the expensive cost of staying in this area.
Cute room, quiet surroundings, convenient grocery store and eateries nearby to visit. Harbor and coastal area, is so scenic with beautiful beach with great walking areas.
