Good location, clean and nice apartment. Amenities are great
The condominium was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach was across Collins Avenue and there is a small market and bakery/cafe in the building. I also liked that it had a Keurig coffee maker which made morning coffee very easy. It is close to supermarkets -Publix - and CVS so you can stock-up at regular prices.
I got text message from property manager with the code to unlock the door on arrival day with all the instructions and info about the place - the key fobs for amenities were inside the condo in visible spot. Manager/owner were incredibly friendly and helpful, and provided a fast responses for any questions i had. People in the complex are very friendly too . Condo had everything we needed - from coffee maker, all kinds of dishes and pots, very nice cups and plates, even dishwasher tabs and paper towel. And the view was so beautiful!
