Everything was super clear to get to the property! it is a great location to chill out go to the beach or the swimming pool. The grocery store is just few miles away as the Aventura shopping mall. ANd the property has already of the the beach kits for us to use! Thank you! we start 2025 fully refresh and ready to go for it!
The property was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider utilizing it again if we are in the area.

Location is perfect, 5 min walking to the beach. This property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easily can sleep 4-5 adults, could be shared with 2 families. Inside property there was beach belongings, like umbrella, chairs, beach cart and igloo cooler, which really helps. Beach itself is clean, kids love it.

Spacious appartement. Pool was great and quiet.
Location near the beach as well as shopping area. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach if we needed something. If we come back to Miami, we will definitely come back to this place.
