This hotel had everything plus more than we expected. The fresh baked cookies and cookies were a great welcome! Great find! My Wife & I Loved the fell of this small inn on the beach. The beach is very clean and refreshing. Could clearly see that the management truly care about their guests. The bed was very comfortable. We actually found out the manufacturer and are going to try to by this bed for our bedroom at home. Very refreshing air at this hotel after long day sightseeing in downtown Saint Augustine. Only a 5 Minute drive to the historic district trolley station which was easy and painless. I was told by the front desk staff that the trolley would pick us up and drop us off, but we decided to do the free parking at the trolley station. Well worth it all around. Highy RECOMMEND. Loved it Fully. No Complaints at all!

It was clean. The parking fee. No apparent reason to add on a parking fee after I had paid in full my room bill. If you want to make more money just include the parking fee in the room price .. With the location of the hotel, It is unlikely that anyone could get there without needing parking. Tacky
