The property is as advertised. The place was clean, spacious and great for the price. The car park was a bit tight to get in and out with a big vehicle but nevertheless safe and secured. There is a building fee of $52 USD which needs to be paid before u can check in which was mentioned after the fact of booking. All in all I had no major issues with the apartment and would recommend for a short stay. Communication with host might be a little distant but they did checkin to ensure all was well.
The room and the balcony was amazing. The beds were super comfortable
Perfect location !! Jalisa, at the front desk was the best!!
The location is fantastic and I’m the best part of Miami. We all enjoyed the pool since it was very warm.
