The condo is spacious enough for 4, I was there alone. All the amenities were there, including coffee capsules, all kitchen utensils, washing liquids, toothbrushes, towels, etc.
The location is convenient, not far from the beach and in the walking distance to some restaurants.
The dedicated parking spot is in front of your door.
The support from the owner was quick when I had some issues with the bathroom.
