everything was great from the start, including checkin, rooms, staff, housekeeping, bar, bartender, restaurant, and chef.
The rooms and the beds were big and comfortable. The front desk staff was accommodating and courteous. The bar had really good food and drinks with decent prices. Tiffany(bartender) was pleasant.
Christine - Front Desk Receptionist WAS TRULY AMAZING!!! She adjusted our rooms for my girlfriend to find a closer room next to the elevator, because she hurt her foot! WOW!!! SHE WENT BEYOND what I expected, and my girlfriend was very grateful too. We are sure coming back again!!!
Always stay here when in town. Very friendly, clean and quiet.
They have nice rooms with hot tubs on 9th and 10th floor with balconies. Been coming here for over 10years love it
