first, the front desk person, Rose, was exceptionally kind and helpful. There was also a gentleman whose name I didn't catch. My partner and I are car haulers and after being in the truck for 4 days we were desperate for a bed for the night. The first challenge was finding a hotel that allowed us to park the tractor trailer, which, when I called, Rose was ready with perfect instructions on how we could safely pull in and park within the hotels lot. (Unheard of in downtown Orlando). The next challenge was we needed a recommendation of delicious food we could get at nearly midnight when we arrived. Between Roses suggestions and the gentleman patiently showing me how to better use Google to find open restaurants, we ended up with the best meal we've had in weeks. Outside of that the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had excellent water pressure, the television worked... Everything was perfect.

The place was clean, everything was working properly, and the internet speed was good. The pool was warm and nice. It has a good location, public transportation is nearby, and many places to eat are at a walking distance

This place is clean and comfortable, its not 5 star, no room service. Its a place to sleep and shower.
