No breakfast available except coffee to make. Mattress in front blue room was old and sunk in when you lie on it. Carpeting should be removed throughout due to very stained. Loved the ocean view! Loved the large deck and fireplace. Loved having two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is great!

The condo had lots of charm and the ocean view was amazing. I would highly recommend this resort and plan on returning.
The ocean, it was comfortable - beds were great. grounds are nice and clean. Cozy. Has been my favorite location for years.
