A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel «Palazzina Fortuny» is located in Venice. This hotel is located in the center of the city. Before going to bed, you can walk around the main landmarks of the city. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Teatro La Fenice, Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo and Rialto Bridge.

Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.

Отвратителтная грязь по всему отелю. Прилетели семьёй с ребёнком ближе к полуночи . Заселили быстро. Лифт не работал , но это не страшно. Поднимались на последний этаж пешком сквозь брошенный инвентарь уборщиков , фантики и прочий мусор. Бронировали номер за 4 месяца , до посещения. Специально взяли люкс с верандой , чтобы вечером насладиться воздухом и видом. Что получили , захламлённая веранда с брошенными остатками сломанной бытовой техники . Освещение отсутствует , пользоваться невозможно . Кошмар был дальше... джакузи отдельная тема, все клапаны ржавые , решила не пользоваться , чувство самосохранения взяло верх. И решила открыть дверцы под зеркалом ... оттуда на меня пахнуло смрадом , причиной такого было ведро доверху наполненное использованными средствами гигиены и туалетной бумагой .. даже не пытаюсь думать о причинах возникновения этого накопления. В ужасе я выскочила вниз к консьержу и конечно эмоционально стала забывать его в номер . Идти ему было наверное страшновато , но он увидев сию картину долго размышлял , что ему делать. Забрал набитое до краев ведро, пообещал связаться с менеджером отеля и удалился. Жаль не забрал с собой запах !!! Итог: отель не стоит посещать . По всему зданию грязь и запущенное состояние . Налог потребовали оплатить наличными деньгами. Проявляется это во всем, начиная от рецепции и заканчивается номерами . Дополнение . Спустя сутки рабочий инвентарь на прежнем месте, включая фантики. Никто не извинился ! Кондиционеры не работают
Хороший семейный отель. Комнаты чистые, теплые. В марте открывали даже окна. Отличное месторасположение. Рядом супермаркет. Очень рекомендую.
