The cleanliness and comfort. My mother is elderly and she plans to use this hotel in the future if she visits OC again.
The staff that kept my room clean and fresh and added the personal towel affects made my day every day. In addition, I really felt special as I was left a gift for my birthday. It was waiting in my room when I arrived. I will book again.
Upon first entering we felt welcomed. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. We received the ocean room we requested, and it was breath taking! We have been traveling a lot this year as we are newly retired, and this is the first time we have felt like home. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Access the the boardwalk was wonderful!!!!
