There's a private entrance at the vacation home for the convenience of those who stay. All rooms come with a TV with cable channels. Gated, parking spot, kitchen amenities, private patio, pool, location.
No breakfast included. Had a hard time getting in the gate . Had to call to find that you need to pull one side and push the other. Great restaurant 2 doors down. Surprised that it was so quiet. Loved the little balcony. Pull out bed/couch was unsleepable, but bed very comfortable. Lovely bathroom, but exhaust fan didn’t work. Fridge really just a freezer. Froze a glass of water. Didn’t need it for food storage so it didn’t matter to us.
The room was exceptionally clean. Very roomy and decorated beautifully. Management team stays in contact and is very attentive to needs. Would definately recommend!
The convenience of the location was perfect for us. We enjoy being in Old Town, close to eateries, entertainment, and shopping.
Location on southern Duval was convenient for us. Our original hair dryer did not work. But was replaced in a timely manner upon request. The small room was nicely decorated.
