The pool was great and staff were friendly, helpful and informal. The bar and bartender were very nice.

The tenderloin can be a bit sketchy, but staying here was such a pleasant surprise. Didn’t even feel the hustle and bustle of the city once you entered the property. The heated pool was great. It closes late at 11pm and it was perfect for a summer night swim. The front desk staff was mostly friendly, we only experienced one that seemed bothered. Maybe it was an off day for them. You have to check in at the front desk when entering the location and this made it feel very safe.

The overall stay was wonderful. The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the robes were a bonus. On Saturday night, there was a gathering at the restaurant/bar. Fortunately, we were in the back, so the music didn't bother us. The restaurant/bar was closed during our stay, so it was very quiet. The best part was that it felt very safe because the courtyard is away from the street.

I thought the room and the courtyard were very charming. There were lots of unique details that made the room cute. The bed was also very comfortable.

The property is welcoming, fun and full of good vibes.
