From my first phone call to the hotel to our arrival, stay and check-out, the front desk staff were kind, professional and helpful. They set the standard for how a guest should be treated. They were interested only in our comfort and convenience. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were also as kind and helpful as they could be. It has been ages since we have experienced such consistently customer-oriented performance. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect, right across from the aquarium, within walking distance of the free water taxi, restaurants, other tourist sites, and Little Italy. Among the front desk staff who made our visit so extraordinary were Brian and Linita.
I live in Baltimore and this was a staycation. I didn’t even know this little gem was tucked away east of the Harbor.
The hotel lobby is a mile long, but other than that, the staff was friendly. I clogged the toilet, and they brought a plunger right away. There's no room service, and breakfast isn't complimentary. It was the 4th of July, and the room had a great view of the fireworks. We'd stay again.
Comfortable, restaurants nearby, Aquaruim nearby and boat museums nearby.
The location is perfect for what we were there for! The aquarium! The lobby was huge! The staff was very nice! Perfect location to so much!
