The amenities! The restaurants, the grounds and your staff are the best. The sunrise from our balcony was absolutely stunning!
We’ve stayed here since you opened back up but I did notice that you were a bit understaffed for the 4th of July. No towels at the pool, only one wait person at the covered bar outside where the bartender had to wait on us. The shower in our bathroom Rm #319 needs grout cleaning. This is a beautiful hotel and it’s too soon since it’s opening to be ignored. Please take great care of our Plaza.

Nice location and beautiful tropical pool
Cleanliness, courtesy and helpfulness of staff. Location to River Walk venue was a very easy walk.
