Really good breakfast. Nice, quite warm, pool (perfect for a breezy coastal NH location) with ample towels and lounge chairs. Comfortable beds and good offering of toiletries. Quiet area, but still really close to downtown.
Quick uber ride away from downtown for a much lower rate than other hotels directly downtown, very much worth it!
Very clean! Super cute rooms and exterior. Love the pool.

Smallish property, can park right in front or your hotel door, quite, very conveniently located to drive to the ocean, downtown Portsmouth or back onto the highway.
