Вежливый персонал, без проблем оставили на ресепшене багаж после чек-аута до нашего отъезда. Хорошие сытные завтраки. Чайник в номере. Около ресепшена - вода, соки, печенюшки и бутерброды, которыми всегда можно угоститься. Качественные косметические принадлежности, пополнялись каждый день, равно как и ежедневная смена полотенец. Близко к вокзалу, недалеко от Дуомо, Галереи Академии. Для двоих комната была маловата. На ТВ нет русских каналов, но это не так уж принципиально.

Расположен рядом с вокзалом и центральным рынком. Расположение - главный плюс этого отеля. А также - недорогая цена. Уровень средненький. Завтраки скромные.
