Everything!! Such a warm and inviting place!!
Plus some cool dogs!!
Hosts were so friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to please! The breakfast was epic! I am gluten free and Jim fixed me a breakfast for a queen! The grounds are beautiful and the location to Charlottesville is so close!

Location, location, location. The sound of Quails, Honesty and trust of the owner. Cannot say enough about this inn, we have booked again for September and may book one more time this summer.
Location excellent, and breakfast lovely - our hosts knew what we liked and went out of their way to get it! Very friendly hosts, and terrific historic atmosphere to the house and surrounds.
