Staff was very accommodating. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean.
The staff was exceptionally helpful to me! The shuttle schedule runs until midnight and yet when my flight arrived late, they still sent someone to pick me up at past 1:00 am.
Breakfast with waffles, biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, coffee much of the day. Shuttle service is shared with other hotels, but the drivers were willing and helpful.
The location was as expected - right near the airport was what I needed as I had an early flight. The two staff people I interacted with were helpful, especially the person in the morning. He allowed me to get some breakfast items even though breakfast was not officially open that early. My room was quiet and comfy.
