Staff were efficient and helpful. Rooms were clean. All features worked. Location is close to Vanderbilt property, Roosevelt Museum, and culinary Institute of America. Full breakfast was good.
The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the FDR Library and Home. The front desk staff, especially the woman who checked us in, was incredibly friendly and supportive. After a long drive, we were assigned a room next to a crying baby. When we asked for a quieter option, she quickly made the change, allowing us to get the rest we needed.
The location was perfect with plenty of parking and a nice breakfast every day from 6 to 10 which is longer hours than most other breakfasts. The staff was nice and friendly.
