It was a comfortable room, Had a fridge, no microwave. The stuffed chair had stains on the arm. Plenty of light fixtures but no LED lighting. The price was high for a Monday night. Breakfast was included.
Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for getting downtown. Would stay here again!
The location was great. I was so happy I found a nice place and a decent price. I was visiting Buffalo to watch my son graduate from Buffalo State University. The staff was amazing. If I ever come to Buffalo again,I will definitely book this inn.
The staff that we encountered were great. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for what we needed.
The staff is incredible - very friendly without being intrusive, genuine and accommodating/helpful. For a budget hotel, it is very comfortable, I think it's more comfortable than pricier options: there's access to a microwave on the 1st floor, a fridge in the room (alot of hotels no longer have that), my room was quite roomy, had 2 double (or queen, not sure which) sized beds, and a nice sized bathroom. It is very clean, even though they only come every other day for bed changes (I stayed 2 weeks) it was still very clean. The facility is a little dated, but for the value, the cleanliness and the super-friendly staff it is more than worth it - I'd rather have a great experience than shiny baubles any day.
