everything! the heat in the room malfunctioned, didn't have a trash can in the room for the first 1 day. The bathroom smelled horrible had to request room service several times and the never showed up until after 4pm the next day. Also found a condom in the desk drawer from a previous guest. my stay was horrible. I am waiting on a response from your company from my call.
